I'm Jon Atkinson. After years spent behind a desk, I've been making more room for the outdoors.

My campervan gives me a way to get away for a weekend or head further afield, sometimes taking work with me. I enjoy mountain days, quieter roads and places where the weather has as much say in the plans as I do.

Photography and film help me notice more of the journey. I'm still learning, but I enjoy bringing back something that captures how a place felt, as well as what it looked like.

This site brings together those trips: the photographs, short films and stories behind them. It covers time in the van and adventures beyond it, across the UK and Europe.
